About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) to spearhead its fundraising, communication, and marketing initiatives. The role is pivotal in securing the philanthropic investments necessary to support the organization's mission, which is focused on creating educational and economic opportunities for students. The CAO will work closely with the President and CEO, and will lead a team to cultivate meaningful relationships with various donors, connecting philanthropic efforts to the organization's impactful work. This is a unique opportunity for an accomplished advancement leader who is passionate about growth, mission-driven work, and the pursuit of educational equity.
