Exciting Opportunity for Experienced Surgical Services RNs
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 available for Registered Nurses with over 2 years of acute care experience. Eligibility criteria and payout details will be discussed during the interview process.
Compensation: Hourly rates range from $36.00 to $49.16, translating to gross earnings of $432.00 to $589.92 for a 12-hour shift (before taxes and deductions; overtime will be compensated in accordance with applicable laws).
Shift Details: 12-hour shifts available, primarily during the day.

Key Responsibilities- Provide safe, patient-focused perioperative care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care throughout the surgical process in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer perioperative nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and respond to any clinical changes.
- Maintain a safe and sterile environment while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Supervise and support OR Technicians and other ancillary staff.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives, staff education, and unit projects.
- Facilitate efficient patient flow, accurate documentation, and high-quality care.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Current and valid state RN License.
- Current BLS (AHA) certification upon hire and maintain it thereafter.
- Current ACLS (AHA) certification within 30 days of hire and maintain it thereafter.
- Current PALS (AHA) certification within 30 days of hire and maintain it thereafter.
- A minimum of one year of previous perioperative experience or equivalent on-the-job training.
- CNOR (Certified Nurse Operating Room) certification preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
