Closing Paralegal

We are currently seeking an experienced Closing Paralegal to join our Real Estate team in our Columbia office. Candidates should have 3‑5 years’ experience in real estate or an expressed interest in learning real estate legal practices. A paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program and/or bachelor’s degree are preferred. SC Notary certificate required. Qualifications 3‑5 years of experience in real estate paralegal work. Paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program or a bachelor’s degree. SC Notary certificate. Preferred: Associates or better in Paralegal Studies or related field. Preferred Skills Detail Oriented – capable of carrying out a task with all necessary details. Ability to Make an Impact – inspired to contribute to the success of a project or the organization.
