ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Growth Specialist, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while growing the agency, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Manage new quotes and campaigns for potential customers. Determine the gaps in current coverage to help protect the customer. Assist with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.QUALIFICATIONS:
