What You’ll Be Doing Leading customer-facing technical engagements from discovery and solution architecture to demonstrations, evaluations, and defining success criteria Architecting scalable, differentiated CAE and simulation data management solutions using the Synopsys Simulation & Analysis platform Serving as a trusted advisor to key customer accounts, translating business initiatives into simulation-driven Digital Engineering solutions Leading assessment and consultancy projects that deliver measurable productivity and quality improvements for customers Engaging directly with Directors, VPs, and senior stakeholders to define Digital Engineering strategies and roadmaps Collaborating closely with product management and R&D to influence Synopsys product direction Mentoring and developing application engineers, driving best practices, technical excellence, and knowledge sharing Representing Synopsys externally through conference presentations, industry events, and thought leadership activities The Impact You Will Have Drive the adoption and scaling of simulation and data management for leading organizations Deliver tangible productivity and quality improvements that matter to customers’ engineering outcomes Help shape Synopsys product strategy by surfacing real-world needs and technical insights to R&D and product management Strengthen Synopsys’ reputation as a leader in Digital Engineering and simulation-driven innovation Accelerate customers’ journey toward simulation-driven Digital Engineering, embedding best practices across industries Mentor and elevate the technical excellence of the Synopsys engineering community What You’ll Need BS, MS, or PhD in Mechanical, Aerospace, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field At least 10 years of professional experience in CAE, engineering software, or Digital Engineering environments Deep expertise in simulation workflows, CAE platforms, and simulation data management (SPDM) Proven track record architecting and deploying enterprise-scale engineering solutions Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience engaging senior stakeholders Ability to work effectively across globally distributed teams Willingness to travel up to approximately 25–50% as required Who You Are You make complex technical topics clear for both engineers and business leaders, moving easily between big-picture strategy and hands‑on solution design You build trust quickly, listen actively, and translate business challenges into technical roadmaps that work You’re energized by mentoring others, sharing best practices, and raising the bar for your team You’re comfortable presenting at conferences and industry events, and you use those platforms to drive thought leadership for Synopsys You thrive in distributed, global teams and can build strong working relationships across time zones and cultures Rewards and Benefits We offer a comprehensive range of health, wellness, and financial benefits to cater to your needs.
