Lead Creative Producer

LEAD CREATIVE PRODUCER // EAGLE BROOK CHURCH JOB OBJECTIVES Leads the Media Production team and oversees the creation of a weekly kids show and other media projects that bring Eagle Brook Church’s mission to life Works closely with the Media team to ensure creative excellence and alignment across church-wide initiatives while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration Supports large-scale projects, provides strategic creative input and helps guide the professional growth of team members Reports to the Media Strategy Manager ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Supervises and leads media producers and screenwriters, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation and collaboration Supports the creation and development of the church’s kids’ media, ensuring it engages children and supports biblical teaching in a creative way Partners with the Media Strategy Manager and key stakeholders to offer creative direction, guidance and quality control for church-wide media and branding efforts Collaborates Creative team members to deliver impactful content for weekend services Takes on additional responsibilities as assigned, staying flexible to meet the team’s and church’s changing needs OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS Participates in church services, volunteer opportunities and ministry events to stay connected with the church’s community and mission Explores industry trends, creative inspiration and innovative techniques to share with the team Builds relationships with staff in other departments to encourage collaboration and strengthen the Creative team’s reputation across the church Takes on one-off projects outside regular responsibilities, such as helping with big weekend projects Offers constructive feedback or consultation to other teams needing creative input on their projects Organizes and participates in activities that build camaraderie and keep the Creative team energized, such as team-building exercises and celebrations Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Qualifications Follower of Jesus and aligns with Eagle Brook Church’s 9 core beliefs Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of related experience Expert leadership and development skills Expert video production process skills Strong creative vision and execution skills Strong collaboration and communication skills Strong ideation and brainstorming skills Excellent relational and cultural awareness JOB DETAILS Location: Centerville, MN FSLA Status: Exempt / Salary Salary: $73,000 – $75,000 Employment Classification: Full Time Regular/Temporary: Regular Workdays: Monday – Friday (generally) Work Hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (generally) Remote Eligible: may be eligible to work remote one day per week Ministry/Department: Creative Arts Team: Central Creative WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS Regular moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another Regular communicating with others to exchange information Regular light work that includes adjusting or moving objects up to 30 pounds in all directions Regular repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers Regular sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the like Occasional medium work that includes adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions Occasional noisy environments and outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind, low temperatures and high temperatures BENEFITS Eagle Brook Church’s benefit plan is designed to help you stay healthy, feel secure and maintain work/life balance.
