We are now hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Technician for one of our amazing clients on the west side of Indianapolis! This family-oriented manufacturing company has been in business for nearly 80 years and offers excellent long-term growth opportunities.

Requirements:

Support manufacturing equipment and production processes
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical production issues
Assist with process improvements and reducing downtime
Work closely with engineering, quality, and production teams
Monitor production data and identify inefficiencies
Train operators on equipment and manufacturing processes
Experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or engineering support environments
CAD software experience is a plus
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills required
