HIRING IMMEDIATELY: WAREHOUSE RECEIVER IN ELIZABETH, NJ

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Receiver to join our client in Elizabeth, NJ! This individual is responsible for ensuring precise, efficient, and safe handling of all incoming freight, documentation verification, and inventory placement. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting up to $18/hour, paid weekly
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• 11 am – 7:30 pm | Monday - Friday
• Located in Elizabeth, NJ

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and safely unload incoming trailers and cargo containers
• Verify pallet counts, product quantities, and cross-reference receiving documentation for accuracy
• Thoroughly inspect incoming shipments for damages, discrepancies, or missing items, reporting issues promptly
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Accurately perform receiving processes and execute inventory transactions within the system
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in the receiving area
• Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and operational standards
• Communicate professionally and effectively with freight drivers, warehouse colleagues, and management
• Assist with additional warehouse tasks and operational duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

• Prior hands-on experience operating a powered industrial forklift is strictly required
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or receiving background is highly preferred
• Must be able to read, write, and comprehend English proficiently
• High level of dependability, punctuality, and commitment to attendance
• Strong attention to detail with high operational accuracy
• Ability to thrive and perform consistently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle heavy warehouse materials
• Bilingual capabilities (English / Spanish) are considered a strong plus
