Full-Time, open to OTA or PTA Candidates! Flexible Schedule Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab (OTA or PTA) To join our skilled nursing facility in Lancaster, Ohio. Full-Time, open to OTA or PTA Candidates! Prior Management experience preferred Flexible Schedule As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (COTA or PTA) in a skilled nursing setting. You’ll manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives.
