Reference: PR/592814_1787839832Job Title: Senior Sourcing Manager Overview The Sr. Strategic Sourcing Manager will lead the supplier risk management across the supply chain. The position partners closely with internal stakeholders and senior leadership to drive improvements in cost, service, quality, and overall supply chain performance.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage a proactive supplier risk program, including assessment, mitigation plans, and alternative sourcing strategiesMap and evaluate supply chain structures to identify risks and improve performancePartner with leadership to define and track supply chain health, risk, and performance metricsSupport supplier qualification, development, and capability assessmentsIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, service, and resultsDrive supplier performance initiatives and cost reduction effortsLead change management initiatives and ensure timely execution of key projectsDevelop team capabilities and promote best practices across procurementQualifications: 7+ years of experience across procurement within a manufacturing environment Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field Experience leading category strategy execution Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with ERP Systems Benefits:Outlined growth plan PTO, Medical, Dental Vision Healthcare 401k Match Generous Annual Bonus Package
