Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced litigation associate to join its team in Jackson, MS. The ideal candidate will have a focus on media or intellectual property litigation, with 3-4+ years of relevant experience. Duties Handle litigation matters involving defamation, copyright, trademark, or related disputes. Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents. Represent clients in court and during negotiations. Requirements 3-4+ years of experience in media or intellectual property litigation. Strong writing and research skills. Excellent academic credentials (top 25%). Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the state of Mississippi. Skills Proficiency in legal research and writing. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
