Staff Software Engineer

Responsibilities Architect and design cloud services Develop and maintain microservice architectures and high‑performance, high‑scale systems Utilize cloud services, preferably AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, Redshift, RDS, OpenSearch, etc.) Leverage AI assisted development tools like Cursor or Claude Code Contribute to AI‑driven, agent‑based, or MCP‑enabled automation and developer workflow solutions Apply DevOps practices, agile methodology, and CI/CD processes Use development tools such as Git, Jira, and Jenkins Collaborate across cross‑functional teams with strong communication skills Qualifications 7+ years of experience in software engineering Strong technical foundation in architecting and designing cloud services Proficiency in Java and the Spring framework Experience with microservices and high‑performance systems Proficiency in DevOps, Agile, and CI/CD processes Familiarity with development tools such as Git, Jira, and Jenkins Excellent problem‑solving abilities, technical leadership, proactive learning and improvement Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams EEO Statement We hire based on merit and with equal opportunity for all. #J-18808-Ljbffr Omnissa, LLC
