This role is heavily focused on front-end development, with approximately 70% of the work dedicated to building modern user interfaces using Angular and/or React, while the remaining 30% supports backend integration efforts utilizing Java, Spring Boot, and web services. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical leader for UI modernization efforts, helping transform legacy applications into modern, scalable solutions while mentoring teammates and driving best practices. This position offers the opportunity to work on a long-term federal program, collaborate directly with government stakeholders, and contribute to secure, enterprise-scale applications operating within a classified environment.
