Key Responsibilities Process high-volume invoices accurately and in a timely manner Perform 3‑way match (invoice, purchase order, receiving documentation) Code invoices to the appropriate general ledger accounts Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies Respond to vendor inquiries and internal requests professionally Assist with month‑end closing activities related to accounts payable Support audits by providing necessary documentation Qualifications 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUPs a plus) Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Preferred Qualifications Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Experience in a high‑volume or shared services environment Competitive hourly rate or salary (based on experience) Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) options Opportunities for growth and advancement Contract, contract‑to‑hire, and direct hire opportunities available Why Ledgent?
