We are seeking a Financial Analyst for an established manufacturing company in the Greenville, SC. This is a full time, permanent position with a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities:

Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities, including journal entries and reporting packages
Deliver financial reporting and variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast)
Partner with business leaders to provide financial modeling, insights, and decision support
Analyze cost drivers and operational data to improve margins, efficiency, and performance
Develop and maintain BI dashboards, KPIs, and financial reports; assist with executive summaries and ad hoc projects

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience using a variety of software. ERP experience, a plus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Hours:

Monday to Friday (standard business hours)
Hybrid work schedule
Permanent/Direct Hire
