Assistant Store Manager: Auto Service & Customer Experience

Big O Tires is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the Kansas City area to oversee daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer service. You will lead staff, ensure timely opening/closing, promote service sales, and support training and policy execution. The role requires 18+ years, retail or automotive experience, and the ability to manage inventories, POS systems, and basic finances.
