In this temp-to-perm, full-time role, the document management clerk will process and verify incoming documentation, as well as distribute it to appropriate departments in an efficient and accurate manner.
Qualified candidates will possess the following skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to meet deadlines and complete daily tasks in an efficient manner
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Time management
- Multitasking
- Handling sensitive documents being shipped and received
- Executing work duties, including document verification, with a high level of productivity and accuracy
- Communicating effectively internally and externally with dealerships and DMVs
- Filing accounts
- Initiating appropriate follow-up action to seek resolution
- Integrity — being honest and ethical
- Attention to detail — being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks
- Dependability — being reliable, responsible and dependable, and fulfilling obligations
- Independence — developing one's own ways of doing things, guiding oneself with little or no supervision and depending on oneself to get things done
- Cooperation — being pleasant with others on the job and displaying a good-natured, cooperative attitude
- Composure – being able to handle a high level of stress while staying composed
- High school diploma or equivalent
