1st or 2nd shift CNC Mill/Lathe/ Swiss Machinist Near Elk River
Overview:
We’re seeking a reliable and motivated CNC Machinist . You must have prior machining experience, with operating and set-up experience required. In this role, you will operate production machines that have already been set up, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the process. We provide additional training to support your continued success and growth on the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate pre-set manufacturing machines safely and efficiently
- Monitor production for quality and consistency
- Perform basic checks and report any issues to supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
