Job Description Seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician eager to practice in a rewarding rural setting while enjoying a balanced lifestyle. Details: Full-time 1.0 FTE outpatient Family Medicine opportunity Locations: 2 rural locations NW of Madison, WI Full-spectrum Family Medicine practice without Obstetrics Opportunity to provide pre and postnatal care for interested physicians Approximately 12–14 patients per day Position participates in the Orion Initiative - (Recruit-PCP) grant program supports rural physician recruitment by allowing newly hired physicians to dedicate up to 20% of their time to community or population health projects. 35 patient contact hours 8 hours dedicated toward research and/or community projects aligned with population health initiatives Opportunity may be especially appealing to physicians interested in research, innovation, community health initiatives, and practicing in a flexible rural setting On-site lab services available at the Elroy clinic Imaging services available through the hospital located approximately 10 miles away National Health Service Corps (NHSC) site, making physicians eligible for federal loan repayment opportunities Visa support available (J-1, H-1B, and Green Card sponsorship considered) Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians Opportunity to practice meaningful rural medicine while supporting two community-based clinics Strong teamwork and supportive practice environment Loan forgiveness Relocation The Community: ​Living in this peaceful village offers a tranquil, rural lifestyle with easy access to outdoor recreation, local businesses, and a strong sense of community.
