Job: Shipping Coordinator

Location: Solon Ohio
Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Pay Rate: 22-$25 per Hour

Are you an organized professional with experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations? We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to manage domestic and international shipments, coordinate with carriers, and ensure products are delivered accurately and on time.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, solving logistical challenges, and collaborating with multiple departments to support customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and schedule domestic and international shipments based on customer orders and production schedules
• Prepare shipping documents including bills of lading, packing lists, shipping labels, and export paperwork
• Communicate with freight carriers to arrange pickups, track shipments, and resolve delivery issues
• Work closely with warehouse and production teams to verify order accuracy and inventory availability
• Update ERP and inventory systems to ensure accurate shipment records
• Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, damaged shipments, and delivery concerns
• Monitor shipping costs and identify opportunities for improved efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination
• Experience preparing shipping documentation and coordinating freight shipments
• Knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes
• Experience with ERP systems, inventory software, and barcode scanning tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and shipping platforms such as FedEx, UPS, or freight portals
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• HSD or GED required
• Experience with import/export documentation and compliance requirements
• Knowledge of carrier selection, freight coordination, and shipping cost management

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
