Technical Program Manager

Job Description Own project and program coordination across data migration initiatives, consent-related work, and other operational priorities, ensuring work progresses smoothly across multiple teams Monitor and manage daily data operations, including reviewing files from approximately 15 vendors, validating data quality, and identifying any processing failures Investigate issues and coordinate resolution efforts with data engineering, application engineering, and vendor teams to ensure critical process failures are addressed quickly Maintain and enhance operational documentation, including process flows, vendor requirements, troubleshooting guides, and standard operating procedures Track project status, provide regular progress updates, and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and process breakdowns Support operational efficiency efforts by improving organization, standardizing processes, and creating sustainable documentation for future teams Assist with new vendor onboarding by helping develop and manage intake processes that ensure all required information is captured upfront Leverage existing SQL queries and data reports to investigate issues, understand where failures occur, and support root-cause analysis, without requiring heavy development or coding expertise We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
