Workplace Project Coordinator - $24-$26/hr - Mclean, VA

Our client, a global professional services organization is seeking a Workplace Project Coordinator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in McLean, Virginia. About the Job Coordinate relocation and move management projects from planning through completion Manage move requests, scheduling, project communications, and documentation Serve as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution Coordinate move day activities, including inventories, signage, and supervising movers Maintain accurate data in relocation management and CAFM systems Support ergonomic assessments, workplace accommodations, and space reconfigurations Assist with project issue resolution and ensure adherence to client and company procedures About You 0-3 years of professional experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills with experience supporting clients and stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs About the Position Start Date: ASAP! $24-$26/hr Permanent Salary: $60K annually Fully onsite Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Free onsite parking available Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
