Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and consultative Talent Sourcer to scale our talent pipeline for complex systems engineering roles. Acting as a force multiplier for the talent acquisition team, you will design sourcing strategies, conduct market talent mapping, and engage top-tier engineering professionals in the autonomous technology space.

In this role, you will have full ownership to build robust talent pipelines, partner directly with recruiters and senior engineering leaders, and evaluate candidates for both technical aptitude and behavioral alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Strategy: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies and competitive talent maps to engage passive, highly sought-after systems and software engineering talent.

• Requirements Alignment: Partner closely with hiring managers and lead recruiters to qualify technical job requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.

• Candidate Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial screens and evaluate candidates for technical capability, domain expertise, and organizational fit.

• Pipeline Management: Build, nurture, and maintain healthy, diverse candidate pipelines to support immediate and long-term hiring priorities.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior engineering leadership, providing market intelligence, talent landscape insights, and pipeline updates.

• Brand Ambassador: Represent the company's mission and culture professionally when reaching out to prospective candidates in the talent market.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree with 6 to 8 years of full-cycle sourcing experience, specializing in systems, software, or complex technical engineering roles.

• Domain Knowledge: Deep familiarity with technical talent markets, engineering skill sets, and key target companies within the tech or autonomous systems industry.

• Technical Assessment: Proven ability to evaluate technical resumes and conduct thorough candidate screens for both technical aptitude and cultural fit.

• Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated experience partnering directly with hiring managers, recruiters, and senior engineering leaders.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional consultative, interpersonal, and candidate-engagement skills across all organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background combining agency search experience and in-house corporate technical sourcing.

• Experience sourcing for specialized hardware, robotics, embedded systems, or autonomous vehicle engineering teams.
