Director Of Financial Planning & AnalysisGreen Street is seeking a high-caliber Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to join its Finance team. This is a newly created role designed to add strategic and transactional FP&A capacity to the organization following significant growth and a series of acquisitions. The Director will own M&A financial due diligence, debt modeling, long-range planning, commercial variable compensation, and ad hoc strategic projects, and will serve as a credible, polished representative of Green Street's Finance function to the Board of Directors, potential investors, and prospective acquirers.This individual will report to the VP, Controller and will be a direct partner to the CFO on the highest-visibility financial work the company produces. The role is intended for someone hungry to grow — an ambitious finance professional with the intellect and executive presence to eventually step into a broader leadership seat.Job ResponsibilitiesM&A Financial Due Diligence & IntegrationLead financial due diligence workstreams for potential acquisitions, including quality of earnings, ARR/revenue quality analysis, cost structure benchmarking, and working capital assessmentPrepare Finance Due Diligence reports in coordination with Legal and Tax for CFO and Board reviewBuild and maintain acquisition economics models: accretion / dilution analysis, pro forma P&L, synergy quantification, and integration cost estimatesCoordinate cross-functionally with Legal, Tax, Accounting, and Operations during diligence and integration periodsSupport post-merger integration: recommend consolidation structures, assist with legal entity rationalization, and model synergy realization timelinesCommissions & Variable CompensationCalculate and manage all monthly commercial variable compensation plans:Execute monthly commission review process; coordinate with sales reps and leaders for approvalsDownload and submit final commission report to payroll team for processingLead annual commercial compensation plan modeling in coordination with CFO, Controller, and Commercial leadershipCoordinate execution of new plansDebt Modeling & Lender RelationsOwn and maintain all debt and financing models including covenant compliance schedules, interest expense forecasts, SOFR / benchmark rate updates, and debt capacity analysisPrepare financial packages for lender conversations, credit agreement amendments, refinancings, and new debt arrangementsSupport the Controller on quarterly EBITDA compliance certificate calculations as neededMonitor credit agreement requirements and flag risks proactively to the CFOLong-Range PlanningOwn the long-range financial plan (LRP): maintain the model, update assumptions in partnership with the CFO, and prepare LRP materials for Board presentations and sponsor (TA Associates) reviewDevelop multi-year financial scenarios (base, upside, downside) for strategic planning and investor or acquirer discussionsBoard, Investor & Acquirer PresentationsBuild and own board-ready financial presentations with a high degree of narrative clarity and analytical rigorPrepare materials for potential investor or acquirer data rooms, management presentations, and reverse due diligence processesRepresent Green Street's Finance function in external-facing meetings alongside the CFO, including lender, investor, and sponsor interactionsAd Hoc Strategic ProjectsLead high-priority analytical projects as directed by the CFO — e.g., pricing strategy analysis, segment profitability, competitive benchmarking, restructuring analysis, new market sizingPartner cross-functionally with Commercial, Legal, and Product on financial modeling for strategic initiativesServe as a thought partner to the Revenue Operations team and the broader Commercial organization when evaluating changes to pricing, packaging, and customer promotions / incentives; seller compensation; and non-standard customer terms and their associated revenue treatmentSupport the development of executive-level materials for the CEO and Board on special topicsCandidate ProfileEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA preferred5–8 years of progressive finance experience; prior Big 4 (Advisory / Transaction Services) or investment banking experience highly preferredDemonstrated experience with M&A financial due diligence, LBO/leveraged finance modeling, or corporate development strongly preferredPrior FP&A experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company a plusTechnical SkillsExpert-level financial modeling in Excel — LBO models, DCF, and scenario analysis, and three-statement modelsProficiency with FP&A planning tools (Workday Adaptive Planning preferred)Comfort working with large datasets; familiarity with SQL or BI tools (Snowflake, PowerBI) a plusExperience with NetSuite and SalesForece preferredExceptional PowerPoint skills — able to produce Board-quality presentations independentlyKnowledge & CompetenciesAnalytical: Synthesizes complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights;
