We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Machine Assembler to join our team. This role is essential to our operations, playing a key part in building and assembling our industry-leading filling machines while supporting our commitment to quality and continuous improvement. As a Machine Assembler, you will work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure our equipment meets the highest standards and contributes to the ongoing success and growth of the company.This position is a great fit for someone with mechanical aptitude-especially candidates with 2+ years of experience as an auto mechanic who are interested in transitioning into a manufacturing career.Principal Responsibilities:Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, and bills of materialsAssemble machinery using hand and power toolsTroubleshoot and repair equipment issuesPerform rework based on engineering changesClean and inspect parts and returned unitsFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspacePerform other duties as assignedCompetencies:Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.Ability to follow instructions, both verbal and written.Detail-oriented and consistent.Works well independently and as a productive member of a team.Ability to maintain and perform basic repairs on equipment.Mechanical aptitude and repair skills.Basic ability in mathematics, reading, or writing.Work Environment:Working 100% of the time in a manufacturing facility setting.
