Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of children and families, leading to the development of customized treatment plans. \n
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services via secure virtual platforms, utilizing tools and methodologies suitable for remote interactions. \n
- Collaborate effectively with clients to set and achieve therapeutic goals, providing continuous support and encouragement throughout the therapy process. \n
- Employ a range of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy, tailored to the unique circumstances of each client. \n
- Maintain organized and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, tracking client progress and outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards. \n
In this role, you will work primarily with children and their families who are facing an array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your focus will be on building strong therapeutic relationships that empower clients to express their thoughts and emotions, fostering resilience and healing.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. \n
- Demonstrated proficiency in remote communication and the ability to establish rapport with clients through virtual channels. \n
- Empathy, compassion, and a strong understanding of the challenges faced by clients in their therapeutic journeys. \n
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and maintain clear documentation. \n

- Prior experience in a telehealth or remote therapy setting is advantageous. \n
- Knowledge of diverse therapeutic practices and a commitment to ongoing professional development. \n
- Experience working with children and adolescents across various mental health backgrounds. \n
