Creative Operations Lead

IQVIA Healthcare Communications Group seeks a Creative Operations Lead to manage a global design team and oversee studio workflow, quality control, and prepress production for healthcare creative assets. This hybrid role combines team leadership with hands-on production expertise in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage 4+ global designers with clear quality and accountability expectations
• Manage daily workflow, resource allocation, project assignments, and priority scheduling across organization
• Serve as primary prepress specialist, preparing production-ready files and mechanicals for assigned brands
• Conduct comprehensive quality-control reviews including bleeds, fonts, color accuracy, regulatory compliance, and pharmaceutical formatting requirements
• Partner with creative, account, and operations teams to forecast workload, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure on-time delivery

Requirements

• 8+ years studio production, prepress, or print production experience in agency or regulated communications setting
• Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience required
• 3+ years leading or managing creative production teams, preferably remote or global
• Expert Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, Photoshop) and PowerPoint
• Deep prepress and print-production expertise including color management, specifications, and vendor requirements
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify technical and formatting issues
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Compensation: $77,300.00 - $193,200.00 base pay
