Associate Clinical Supply Specialist (6:45am - 7:15pm, Rotating Schedule/Weekends)

Organization Emergency Services 120 Job Summary Dispenses medical/surgical supplies and patient care equipment with regular guidance. Ensures appropriate supplies are ordered, received, and inventory levels are maintained. Shift Schedule 3 12‑hour shifts per week on a rotating schedule: Week 1 – Monday, Friday, Saturday; Week 2 – Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Key Responsibilities Provides materials and equipment requested in a timely manner. Assembles carts for distribution. Ensures supplies are in a clean and safe working condition and environment; maintains adequate supply in storage locations. Cleans, prepares, and tests specialty beds or equipment for safety. May capture patient charges for supplies. Additional duties may be assigned. Technical Capabilities Customer Service (Novice): Continuously focus on the needs of customers, anticipate their needs, and remain responsive. Inventory Management (Novice): Monitor material movement, reconcile inventory balances, and maintain adequate inventory levels. Equipment Inspections (Novice): Systematically check equipment against specified requirements.
