Our client, a dynamic organization in the service industry, is seeking a Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk to join their team. As a Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk, you will be an essential part of the customer service department supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Garden Grove, CA

Pay Range: $18-20/hr.

Shift: 8am-4:30pm

• Greet visitors and direct them appropriately to ensure a welcoming environment
• Accurately enter data into company systems to support operational efficiency
• Take detailed and accurate messages to facilitate effective communication
• Maintain a professional and courteous phone etiquette at all times
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support team productivity

• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to take detailed and accurate messages
• Basic data entry skills with attention to detail
• No prior experience required; willingness to learn and grow
