CNC Operator Waterford, OHPay: $20.00/hour (Based on Experience)We are seeking a reliable, skilled CNC Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Waterford, Ohio. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on CNC experience who takes pride in precision, quality, and consistency in their work.If youre detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and ready to work in a fast-paced production environment, we want to hear from you! Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC equipment, including press brake, plasma, and waterjet machinesRead and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work ordersMonitor machine performance to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiencyMake basic machine adjustments as needed during productionPerform routine maintenance and keep workstations clean and organizedFollow all company safety procedures and quality standards What Were Looking ForPrior experience operating CNC press brake, plasma, and/or waterjet equipmentStrong understanding of CNC machining processes and equipmentAbility to read blueprints and use precision measuring toolsHigh attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workDependable, safety-minded, and strong work ethic Why This Role?This is a solid opportunity for an experienced CNC operator to join a stable team, work with modern equipment, and contribute to high-quality production work in a professional manufacturing setting.
