Production Operator

Location: Hartford, IL

Pay: $21.00/hour

Schedule: M-F 11pm-730am

We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to operate packaging equipment and support the manufacturing of high-quality lubricant products. This role is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient production while meeting quality and output targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor packaging and production equipment safely and efficiently
• Fill containers ranging from 4 oz to 55 gallons and prepare for shipment
• Stack, label, seal, and stage finished products on pallets
• Perform quality checks and document production data accurately
• Inspect raw materials and report any defects or issues
• Adjust equipment and processes to optimize production efficiency
• Maintain accurate counts of raw materials and finished goods
• Follow all Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) standards

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Forklift experience required (certification not required)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Basic computer and documentation skills
• Ability to work in conditions including heat, noise, and vibration

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, stack, and move materials regularly
• Comfortable working in industrial environments, including heights and confined spaces
• Must wear required PPE and follow all safety protocols
