Litigation Secretary

Location: Denver, CO

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Job Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time

A respected Denver law firm is seeking a Litigation Secretary to provide administrative and legal support to a team of attorneys. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a deadline-driven environment and has experience supporting litigation practices.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, revise, and format legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
• E-file documents in Colorado state and federal courts
• Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, and court appearances
• Schedule depositions, mediations, hearings, and client meetings
• Maintain electronic and physical case files
• Assist with trial preparation and exhibit organization
• Coordinate communication with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Enter attorney time and assist with billing tasks

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of litigation secretary experience
• Knowledge of Colorado court rules and filing procedures preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 DOE, plus comprehensive benefits.
