Multiline Representative Sales & Service Hybrid Role

At Christine Flomerfelt Insurance Agency, this role is more than answering phones or processing paperwork you are a key contributor to agency growth and customer success. As a Multiline Representative, you'll blend strong customer service with proactive, needs-based sales. You'll act as a trusted advisor, identifying coverage gaps, recommending solutions, and strengthening relationships that lead to long-term retention and revenue growth. If you're someone who enjoys helping people but also thrives on hitting goals and earning commission, this is the opportunity for you.

What This Role Looks Like

You will:

• Proactively recommend auto, home, renters, life, and health products based on customer needs
• Follow up on quotes, cross-sell opportunities, and inbound leads
• Assist with policy applications, renewals, and coverage adjustments
• Respond to customer inquiries with accuracy and urgency
• Maintain detailed records and documentation
• Support retention efforts by conducting policy reviews and protection conversations
• Contribute to office production goals and team performance metrics

This is a relationship-based sales role service opens the door, but growth comes from confident conversations.

Licensing Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required
• Life & Health license preferred
• Candidates must be willing to obtain required licenses if not currently held

We provide licensing support, study guidance, and onboarding assistance to help you succeed.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable discussing coverage, handling objections, and closing sales
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking ability
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred
• Insurance experience is a plus
