Site Operations Specialist

Type: Full-Time Location: 335 E Pecos Rd, Queen Creek, AZ 85140 Responsibilities Supervise daily truck delivery schedules, assignments, and team performance to ensure operational excellence. Ensure timely completion of deliveries and address on-site operational issues promptly. Prepare and submit accurate daily progress reports, including trucker activity, project milestones, and delivery status. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and logistics activities. Work closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and other logistics personnel to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Maintain detailed logs of cargo movements and on-site activities. Coordinate with vendors, clients, and drivers to ensure smooth on-site operations. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and address any issues. Monitor safety compliance and adherence to project guidelines. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, trucking operations, cargo project management, or a related field required. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Bilingual in English and Korean. The base salary range for this role is between $60,000-$73,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
