Position Responsibilities:
- Present and explain treatment plans
- Help patients understand the value of their dental care
- Schedule appointments efficiently
- Manage patient communications and follow-up
- Coordinate financial arrangements
- Support daily business operations
- Deliver an outstanding patient experience from start to finish
- Experience with Dentrix is required
- Previous dental front office experience preferred
- Strong treatment presentation and case acceptance skills
- Sales experience and the ability to confidently discuss dentistry
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Monday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (with lunch)
- Tuesday: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (with lunch)
- Friday: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
