Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Schedule: 5x8s or 4x10s
• Primary coverage area: Milford / Franklin / Medway / Wrentham areas
• EMR: Homecare Homebase
• Productivity: 6 points/day (30 points/week)
• On call: None
