This LPN position is with Penn Primary Care/Penn Specialty Practices-GHR. The job is travel based and the profession is LPN. The job is scheduled from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, for 5 shifts per week, totaling 40 scheduled hours. The start date is 08/17/2026 and the end date is 11/23/2026, making it a 14-week contract.

Location: Penn Medicine Specialty Medicine Valley Forge, 1001 Chesterbrook Boulevard, Berwyn, PA 19312.

Work hours will range between 6:45am and 6pm with Tuesday having extended hours until 8pm. The practice manager releases shift schedules 1 week in advance.

Practice Overview: Busy specialty practice. This LPN will work with the Ortho/Sports department. Any ortho or surgical background is highly desirable! Previous EPIC experience preferred.

Interview and Training: Training will be scheduled for a Wednesday prior to starting (8am-1pm). A 15-minute HIPAA module on Penn’s Learning Management System will also be required.

Additional Instructions: Submit candidates with the submission cover form and resume in one document. RTO must be listed on the submission cover form for consideration. Screening questions should include if they have worked at Penn Medicine as a temp or full-time employee. Include dates and reason for leaving. Also, ask if the candidate has submitted their application directly to Penn Medicine and/or if they are currently interviewing with Penn.

In the case that the same candidate is submitted by multiple agencies, the candidate with the right to represent will be considered the agency of record. Right to represent should be included in the submission packet. After award acceptance, COA must be uploaded within 48 hours of the award being accepted. Candidate profile in B4Health must be accurate (name, email, phone number, DOB and last 4 of SS#).

Compliance: Due on the Wednesday before the start date. Make sure your candidate is ready to start the compliance process immediately upon accepting the award. Medicals and drug screens must be started within 72 hours of accepting the award. Candidates who do not start this requirement within 72 hours are at risk of contract being cancelled.
