Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food. A Chick-fil-A Dining Room Attendant is a relationally driven individual that performs guest service duties including greeting guests, refreshing drinks, cleaning tables, changing trash, sweeping and mopping, restocking supplies, cleaning restrooms and maintaining a clean store environment. Chick-fil-A team members must also adhere to all safety policies and health regulations.

Dining Room Attendant Responsibilities:

• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Refresh beverages for guests
• Prioritize the guest experience in the dining room by keeping guests in their seat
• Go above and beyond for the guest
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
