SERVICE PORTER

Job Location: Fredericksburg, VA 22408 Responsibilities Provide support to the service department by ensuring vehicles are properly parked, organized, and maintained while awaiting service. Assist with customer service, vehicle movement, and maintaining a clean and organized service area. Exhibit attention to detail, a customer‑oriented approach, and a proactive attitude. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience: Prior experience in a similar role or working in a dealership or service environment is a plus but not required. Skills Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to operate a variety of vehicles safely and efficiently. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A positive, professional attitude and appearance. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as necessary.
