Location : Austin, TX Pay : $20.00 per hour Schedule : Full-time (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
JOB OVERVIEW:
We are hiring a Fleet Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to the Fleet Manager. This is an entry-level role focused on vehicle documentation, compliance tracking, and maintaining accurate fleet records.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with vehicle title processing, registration, and renewals Track and coordinate vehicle inspections and compliance requirements Maintain accurate digital and physical fleet records Support filing and submission of DMV and regulatory paperwork Monitor deadlines for registrations, inspections, and documentation Communicate with internal teams and external vendors Perform general administrative and clerical tasks Support additional fleet-related projects as neededREQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills Proficient with email, spreadsheets, and document management Ability to follow processes and manage routine tasksReliable and punctual Comfortable handling repetitive administrative work Prior admin, clerical, or operations support experience preferred Experience with DMV processes or fleet documentation is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr TRUCKING PEOPLEVacancy posted 1 day ago
