Responsibilities: Assess patient functional abilities and develop treatment plans. Document evaluations and treatment plans for physician approval. Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants. Instruct patients and caregivers on therapy practices. Communicate patient progress and changes to the healthcare team. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, valid state license, and preferred two years of experience.
