IT Support Specialist | M365 & Sharepoint

We're Hiring: Tier 1 IT Support Specialist (On-Site)

\n

G6 Technologies is looking for a Tier 1 Support Specialist to join our on-site team and support our clients' day-to-day User support, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint needs.

\n

\n

What you'll do:

\n

✅ Triage and resolve Tier 1 help desk tickets

\n

✅ Support SharePoint site administration and troubleshooting

\n

✅ Assist users across M365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)

\n

✅ Handle basic Entra ID/Intune tasks (password resets, MFA, device enrollment)

\n

✅ Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 when needed

\n

\n

What we're looking for:

\n

✅ 3–5 years of help desk/desktop support experience

\n

✅ Working knowledge of M365 administration, especially SharePoint

\n

✅ Strong communication and customer service skills

\n

✅ Available to work on-site full-time

\n

\n
