What You'll Own Strategic Communications & Storytelling
Turn complex business challenges into clear audience strategies, key messages, and narratives
Map stakeholders, define behaviors we need to shift, and build content plans that deliver
Develop brand stories, EVP, change communications, and L&D/training content
Integrated Project Leadership
Lead end-to-end delivery: brief > strategy > creative > production > measurement
Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and risk across multiple fast-moving projects
Direct internal creatives, freelancers, and vendors to deliver on-brand, on-time work
What You Bring 5-8 years running multi-channel communications programs in an agency or fast-paced environment Proven ability to influence behavior through audience-first strategy and storytelling Strong facilitation, writing, and editing skills - you make the complex simple and compelling Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional creative teams Comfortable with live events, video, digital, and presentation development Pharma, healthcare, or regulated industry experience a strong plus Calm under pressure, detail-obsessed, and commercially savvy Live & Experiential Execution Shape and deliver high-stakes events: leadership meetings, exhibitions, virtual/hybrid experiences
Oversee content for presentations, video, digital, print, and interactive channels
Use insights and data to measure impact and optimize future campaigns
Client Partnership Become a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding strategy and spotting growth opportunities
Run workshops, interviews, and working sessions that unlock insight and alignment
