HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is seeking a full-time Psychiatrist prepared to embrace a genuine leadership position. Engage in a dual capacity role as both Medical Director and hands-on provider for a well-regarded addiction recovery mental health program. This position offers a chance to attain partial ownership in an accomplished establishment, operate within an upscale environment, and assume Medical Leadership responsibilities within a team of seasoned and hospitable experts. Psychiatrists seeking solely a clinical position are welcome to apply.
Psychiatrist will work FT, Monday – Friday, 8-4 or 9-5, with flexibility to be remote one day per week
Psychiatrist will assume the on-site Medical Leader role, with great
Psychiatrist will provide direct patient care and supervise MDs and Advanced Practice Providers
Psychiatrist will provide care for a small panel of SUD and Mental Health Adult clients
Psychiatrist will work with Managing Director, Executives, & Medical Board on policies
Psychiatrist will be Director of TMS, Ketamine/ Spravato, Stelllate Ganglion Block, Neurofeedback services
Psychiatrist will work in Vail, travel 1x per month to Denver for collaboration
Psychiatrist will attend industry events, trainings, and participate in podcast
Psychiatrist will collaborate with colleges and universities in research opportunities
Psychiatrist will report to Chief Operating Officer
Addiction Recovery Psychiatrist Requirements:
Licensed Psychiatrist
3+ years' experience in SUD, Recovery
Experience w/ TMS, Ketamine/ Spravato, Stelllate Ganglion Block, & Neurofeedback
Addiction Recovery Psychiatrist Compensation:
325K Base +
100K in company equity per year
Relocation Assistance + Paid Housing in deluxe furnished apartments
