Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations highly valued
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop rapport with students, families, and staff
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group formats
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress and integrate therapy strategies into classroom activities
- Participate in IEP meetings, document progress, and maintain accurate records in accordance with district and regulatory requirements
- Serve as a resource and advocate for students’ speech and language needs within the school community
