Lead the Way as a Dispatch Manager at Community Broadband Networks!

We’re looking for a dedicated Dispatch Manager to join our team and help us keep our operations running smoothly while fostering a culture of teamwork, safety, and customer service excellence.

As our Dispatch Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our field operations are efficient, organized, and customer-focused. Here’s a snapshot of your key responsibilities:

• Lead and Support the Team: Supervise field technicians and other assigned personnel, providing coaching, training, performance feedback, and development opportunities.
• Optimize Operations: Coordinate technician schedules, routing, work assignments, and service activities to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
• Drive Excellence: Promote accountability, teamwork, and safety while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Monitor and Communicate: Serve as the primary communication point between field staff, customers, management, and other departments.
• Oversee Resources: Manage inventory control, fleet maintenance, and company equipment to ensure everything is ready when needed.
• Enforce Standards: Uphold company policies, procedures, and safety requirements while identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Support Growth: Contribute to company growth initiatives and take on additional duties as assigned.

We’re looking for someone with the right mix of experience, skills, and passion. Here’s what we’re hoping to see:

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree or relevant technical training preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in dispatch, field operations, telecommunications, broadband, construction, utilities, or a related industry.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, scheduling software, and other business tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and on-call hours as needed.

• Supervisory, team lead, or management experience.
• Experience in wireless internet, telecommunications, broadband, fiber, construction, utility, or field service operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management and fleet coordination.
• Experience managing remote or field-based employees.
