For over 30 years, our privately owned General Dental Practice located in downtown Redmond, WA has served the greater Eastside community with dedication and care. One of our valued hygienists whom we have known for 25 years recently retired, and were seeking a skilled, friendly, and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our team. We pride ourselves on maintaining a professional yet enjoyable working environment that fosters teamwork and excellence. We are very team orientated and have a hygiene assistant to keep hygiene running smoothly. We do not accelerate our hygienists.

Pay

$70~$80 per hour

Salary Details
Competitive hourly compensation based on experience and qualifications, with Commission-Based incentive.

• Basic life support
• Dentrix
• Dexis
• Experienced Dental Hygienist (3+ years)
• Licensed dental hygienist
• Local Anesthesia Certification

Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough patient assessments including vital signs
• Perform dental hygiene procedures to the standard of care
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized oral care instructions
• Administer topical and local anesthesia, as well as nitrous oxide as needed
• Take diagnostic dental x-rays (FMX and CBCT)
• Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories
• Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment
• Collaborate closely with the dental team to deliver comprehensive dental care
• Use Dentrix and Dexis; training provided if necessary

Shift & Schedule

Presently, our office is open for patient care from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. We are open to less than three days a week for the right candidate.
