Essential Job Functions: Ensure meeting spaces are set up to wow our guests based on BEO orders Organize and arrange tables, chairs, decorations and dining stations to provide effective layout Maintain appearance of the pre‑function area Replenish and maintain appearances of all meeting rooms and event space Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move multiple tables and chairs and podiums weighing up to 80 lbs. through a crowded room. Ability to grasp, list and/or carry, or otherwise move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 500 lbs. This role requires considerable physical activity on a continuous basis throughout the shift for room set up and breakdowns.
