Diesel Mechanic
We are seeking a highly experienced diesel mechanic with hands-on expertise in MTU engines. This position involves diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and overhauling diesel engines and generator systems. Candidates must have strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines and generator systems.
- Perform engine overhauls and preventive maintenance.
- Conduct electrical troubleshooting on diesel engines and related systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely repairs.
- Utilize knowledge of hydraulics and mechanical systems in daily tasks.
Essential Skills
- 10+ years of experience as a diesel mechanic.
- Expertise in MTU engines.
- Proficiency in electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Experience with diesel engines, generators, and related systems.
- Ability to perform repairs, maintenance, and engine overhauls.
- Valid driver's license.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $130000.00/yr. Holiday pay, performance bonuses, medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, hourly overtime available, relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
