This Oshkosh client is looking for a dependable, hands-on individual who is interested in learning the heat treat process and building a career in manufacturing.

Position - Production Assistant


Job Location - Oshkosh, WI

Starting Date - ASAP

Employment Term - Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type - Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) - 2 nd Shift 3:00pm-11:00pm, must be willing to train on first 7:00am-3:00pm for a few weeks

Starting Pay -$18-20

Required Education - High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience -1 year of experience in manufacturing/production/warehouse environment preferred

Qualifications

• Strong Attention to Detail
• Willingness to learn heat treat processes, equipment, and procedures
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Great Attendance and reliable work history

Responsibilities

• Perform blasting, racking, packing, and other assigned production duties.
• Follow and support all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Stand for the duration of the shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
